It's around the corner

Hunting jobs is difficult, but I already have some figure in my mind now; if I'm that lucky to get it. Pray hard.  So temporary I'm now back to my partimer field, helping up my ex-bossie with her shop. I feel appease when customers like the perfume I recommend.

I need more hellos

Finally made myself to this little cozy place, Chai Diam Ma at Queen Street after heard of it for some times; another old school cafe. 

The front door of it, can you get the feel they trying to tell?

The counter, all by handmade, they actually draw the picture; birdies all over the corners. 

That's handmade part, you can grab them back if you find something you like; I spotted some necklaces.

The weather was not good, felt myself burning in the cafe; luckily they do have big fan placed inside. We were then went to Bella Italia at Bellisa Row to dine, I didn't took a single photo in the restaurant; so not me. Laugh.

Sigh away

Missed a chance to have badminton game with my another bestie, sister was pulled me out to help her with new lamps for their house. Was not really in a good mood because I thought I would have a great day instead of this, need to get myself out from that. Sigh. 

While she was in a very good mood, and bought a lot of lamps.

Hello my besties

I didn't meet Theng and Tien for like ages since last year I guess, all are so busy to hang out; we managed to made it this day since Theng were back for one week holidays. Planned to dine at Harvest Inn, but we forgot to make reservation, then we switched to Strait Quay. 

Delicious at first, but we were in the waiting list and quite behind, we couldn't wait for it and changed to Bella Marino. 

Risotto Marinara . RM29.90

Saffron infused Italian rice cooked with assorted seafood. 

Pollo Alla Pizzaiolla . RM33.80

Baked breast of chicken served with black olives, anchovies and tomatoes, gratinated with mozzarella cheese.

Il Calzone . RM35

Half-moon stuffed pizza with fillings of potato, turkey ham and mozzarella cheese. It looks like curry puff.

Trio of the night. We did a lot of talking, didn't fell into silence moment at all; I'm really happy to have them that night. 

Saw this Angry Birds cake displayed in Sugar, and many more; a quirky cake shop that dealing with cakes and home decor.

I hope it never ends

The weather is so crazy now, I always feel that I might fainted if I exposed to this weather for long time. However, it didn't stop us to visit the largest floating book fair in Penang now - Logos Hope although quite a number of people said that it's not worth to go.

Saw the whole pail of tickets, imagine how many people visited the Logos Hope? It is only RM1 per entry.

We were invited to watch a video about the history of Logos Hope before continue our journey; sat on this little cockleshell.

Can't take my eyes off this little telescope, it reminds me of something about adventurous, something about being a dreamer; which I wished I were one. Stories on the wall are for us to read, and it becomes a very good spot to take photos with, historical wall. Laugh.

The book fair is quite small, yet these books are really cheap to own, although not much variety. Too bad I came out with empty hand, I couldn't found anything that suit me well; quite disappointed with this.
